Received her associates in Arts from John A. Logan College in Spring 2009. 

Taught dance at Puka Pre-school in Carbondale, in 2004 at age 15, and became a Dance instructor for SBD in 2005.  Taught & choreographed Jazz at SBD for 3 years, and assisted pre-school & pre-ballet classes under the tutelage of Susan Barnes and Tamra (Hosmon) Konczey for more than eight years.
 
Has had 17 years of dance education with SBD, including Jazz, Modern, Ballet, Tap, and Hip-Hop and expanded her training farther by attending Classes in the Katherine Dunham Technique, taught by her sister, SBD alum and former instructor at the Dunham Studio in E. St. Louis, Faith (Raganyi) Linkogel. 

Has attended workshops by Kris Cangelosi, Pilobolus, and The Jose Limon Dance Company; and week-long seminars from Alicia Whitehead-Canterna, Robert Battle, and Katherine Dunham.

Special Performances include: the Nutcracker production performed with the Moscow and Russian Ballet companies, a solo as Odette in Swan Lake for a sample production at a SBD recital, and most recently performing as the Sugar Plum Fairy in the SBD production of the Nutcracker.  Also performed in many local shows & benefits as a member of the SBDC.
